Guardian favourite, Julia Holter, has announced that she is to play Dublin’s Button Factory in February 2016. Following the release of her widely acclaimed album, ‘Have You In My Wilderness’, Holter embarked on a promotional tour which saw her playing extensive dates across Europe, Australia and the USA.
Unfortunately for her French fans, in light of the Paris atrocities, her scheduled gigs had to be cancelled. However, Holter quickly promised that she would reschedule in the coming months and true to her word, she has included Paris in a list of new Spring dates, which also sees her play our very own Fair City on 17th February. She will also play an array of gigs across the UK.

Holter has just released the latest single from the album, ‘Silhouette’ the video for which received it’s public debut yesterday. The album ‘Have You In My Wilderness’ has certainly been one of the best received of 2015, and with Holter having a most remarkably rich and inviting voice, it will be a pleasure to hear her perform it live.
Tickets for the Button Factory gig are on sale now via Ticketmaster for Euro 18.50 plus the usual palaver of booking fees.
